Untitled Toronto — Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties latest residential development — is the culmination of an unprecedented collaborative process between Pharrell Williams, IBI Group, U31 and Gladstone Media.
#normandthegang was brought on board to create visualizations that captured the overall vision of essentialism and universality.
Using parametric design, the balcony structures mimic the waveform of Gust of Wind by Pharrell.
The interior renderings highlighted Pharrell and U31’s design vision of creating spaces that serve as a backdrop to its residents’ own lifestyle. A connection to nature and the use of natural materials were key highlights to the narrative of the spaces.
